Very solid pickup. 3 years left to play, 6’10 gives us some much needed size, can spread the floor shot 38% from three on 60 attempts. Definitely the type of player we needed going into this year and hopefully will develop into a possible starting role in the future

Finally a player that can play both inside and outside. I hope this guy can be a rim protector which drake lacked last season.

I wonder if this means we’ll see Ferguson play more at the 4.

Barely played his first year. Minutes picked up throughout this season, finished strong. 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 blocks in their last game.

Hope he can keep progressing in his time here. This staff has shown they can develop players - lets go!

Ferguson ain't playing the 4. Ferg's minutes were limited, and I think they only become moreso. If he stays, we should applaud it - especially on the era of the transfer portal, sticking with a school is admirable.
But back to Eric: NEAT! Crazy how we can go from no news to just a straight up commitment.
With a 6'10 backup, the question becomes... Issa at the 4? Or is the 4 and 5 irrelevant, maybe Issa and Eric are in at the same time and Issa is playing more down low because his outside game ain't a thing. Who knows!

There were discussions at least at Wisconsin of the Northweather Brothers being a package deal so I am surprised to see we landed him. Excited to add a big body.

I think he’ll play more on the wing, at least on offense. Not sure what his post game looks like, I can’t really find any video. I did find a brief video of him winning a slam dunk contest.
He was the 4th leading scorer and 4th leading rebounder for Truman.

Can’t coach size. Gives the coaches an asset to develop. I like the potential.

Saw this on the Missouri State board With two years of collegiate strength and conditioning under his belt, the elder Eric (at 6'10") could minimally be an athletic backup 5 in D1 for 2022-23 contributing at both the 4 and 3, while as said before, Luke could be an immediate contributor next year at the 3 as he bulks up to the 5. Both are very athletic and you can't coach height.
