With a lot of high schools canceling fall sports, this is going to be strange.

I'm sure the prospect list is getting big. Below is a link to someone from outside Drake's traditional footprint...unless Chuck Shelton has returned from the grave to conduct the Bulldogs' recruiting. Dante DeNardoDante was a notable WR last year...

It's not Jake from State Farm, but this Jake (Boozer) now has an offer from Drake, per Twitter: https://wacotrib.com/sports/high-school/powering-up-reicher-wants-reason-to-flex-its-added-muscle-in-2020/article_e35571c8-a57a-5fa1-ac5b-48df8ebfd088.htmlAt Drake, I would think he'd play some position other than QB. Most of his h.s. highlights show him running the football.

+xInteresting all of denardo’s intersts are from Ivy League Maybe basketball landing a Harvard transfer is making Drake athletics trendy. :extreme sarcasm: "Harvard of the West in the Hartford of the West." Wasn't that on a t-shirt in the 80's?

Dogs need to recruit Lawrence H.S. in Kansas, which is currently unbeaten this season. Maybe Kieran Severa can share the secret password with his former coach.

Drake football is following the Twitter account of the Chesty Lions' Cole Mondi. Looks promising to me. His teammate (C) Porter Dannevik has an offer from Air Force, but a military career is not for everyone. I hope Drake is showing interest. Both of the above are academically strong.

Interesting reading. Not enough time to read them all.

If you go through this guys tweet's, you'll be able to find a whole bunch of offers that Drake has put out there.

So the first three commitments are all from different regions. California? Florida? Drake fb recruiting has certainly changed since Rob Ash abandoned Florida, and was only reluctantly convinced (by an army officer serving at Ft. Leavenworth) that recruiting Colorado would be worthwhile. Drake has gone beyond having an UTR army brat connection,. The Bulldogs now have enough full-time assistants to assign recruiting territories. I know that evolution required money. Maybe I shouldn't be so critical of Drake's paycheck games.

Reynolds scored 21 touchdowns in 2019, and he averaged 10 .5 yards per carry. If a thunderstorm had not shortened his final game, he probably would have had 2,000 rushing yards for the season. He and (California recruit) Flax reportedly had offers from scholarship FCS teams. The coaching staff is on the right track.

+xDogs need to recruit Lawrence H.S. in Kansas, which is currently unbeaten this season. They lost to defending state champ Derby in the playoffs. Derby got big plays from their junior with the cool name, Drake Thatcher.
