A lot of projections out there, but most interesting...
CBI Midwest Region Western Kentucky Drake Belmont Central Michigan
Announcers on radio broadcast stated options still open for a postseason invite. I am hoping for CBI, but most likely CIT. Teams like Washington State and Colorado State will be in the CBI.

I’m tired of slumming in the CIT. It was nice for the seniors in 18 and felt fitting last year, but this wasn’t really a team that deserves or would benefit from more games. They just kind of were.

If DRock and Co. want continue to play and opportunity is there I'd be about it. Keeping in perspective and all ...

Are you a a UNI fan? We ****ing won 20 games. Something we have done very very infrequently and you're bitching? Gimme a break.
Moving forward.....

Have we played Western Kentucky since the fateful day in 2008?

Looks like both Indiana State and Southern Illinois likely headed to CBI or CIT...
Greg Lansing “I haven’t talked to these guys about it yet, but I would definitely like to keep playing,” Lansing said. “There’s tournaments out there. We wouldn’t be able to host because of the construction. I think I’d be all for it, where it be the CBI or CIT or whatever tournament it would be, but it would have to be on the road.”
Bryan Mullins The director of basketball operations at Loyola when it won the College Basketball Invitational (CBI) in 2015, Mullins saw the value of the Ramblers' 5-0 postseason run that eventually led to a Final Four run three years later. "The freshmen were seniors on our Final Four run, on the team that won it, so I think there is some value with postseason play if you have a lot of younger guys or a lot of guys coming back the following year," Mullins said.
It will be interesting to see what Loyola does if they do not make the NIT and where the loser of tomorrows game falls.

+xHave we played Western Kentucky since the fateful day in 2008? We beat Western KY in a very similar game to the Tampa game. Abrahamson had a big game and hit a long one to put the game away in overtime. Ham was there, 24 and Tennis were there, Mr. Lunar was there. I remember we had to keep the guy running the score board in line. We go to some Western Kentucky games and their fans have enjoyed the times they have played Drake and several came to watch Drake play Austin Peay a few years back.

For the few times Drake and WKU have faced each other, the games have certainly been historically impactful. It would be fun to have a home and home with them.

Summary of Bracketology following MVC championship...
Bradley: NCAA UNI: NCAA bubble, NIT Loyola-Chicago: NIT bubble, CBI Indiana State: CBI Southern Illinois: CBI or CIT Drake: CBI or CIT Valparaiso: CIT
Indiana St was not referenced in CIT and Valpo was not referenced in CBI yet.
If Valpo wins a game and Indiana St wins 2 games the MVC would have six teams with 20+ wins. Southern Ill could make it seven if they make a tournament championship.

Some of the data is from reading various news stories and twitter accounts after teams get knocked out of conference tournaments. Each postseason tournament also has a twitter account. Other sites called Mid Major Madness, Bracket Busters, Bracket Matrix, Blogging the Bracket, DRatings, and The Bracket Project cover the brackets. There were a few others I looked at yesterday but I honestly do not remember their names. A primary site for the CBI/CIT (which has only been somewhat accurate in past seasons) is Happening Hoops. It was the site that had the Drake vs. Western Kentucky match-up a few weeks back. I think it only got something like 50% to 75% correct the past few years. Happening HoopsBracketology Number 1 | Happening Hoops Bracketology Number 2 | Happening HoopsBracketology Number 3 | Happening Hoops Bracketology Number 4 | Happening Hoops Bracketology Number 5 | Happening Hoops Bracketology Number 6 | Happening Hoops Bracketology Number 7 | Happening Hoops Bracketology Number 9 | Happening HoopsBracketology Number 10 | Happening HoopsThe main NIT specific site is The Barking Crow. The NITology site has not updated this year. NIT Bracketology – The Barking Crow For NCAA was using ESPN and CBS as primaries. Bradley obviously receive the NCAA auto and UNI the NIT. Some had UNI on the bubble for the NCAA and Loyola on the bubble for the NIT (although I feel neither find themselves on the right side of the bubble due to the new NET ratings). I noted the CBI and CIT if seen on one of the sites and it appeared the schools showed interest (the only one I was not certain about was Loyola).

Also, Valpo has been mentioned in regards to both the CIT and CBI yesterday.
Matt Lottich “When you’re a little bit heartbroken, it’s difficult to say,” Lottich said. “There’s not been one day that I have dreaded going to work, not one day that I haven’t enjoyed coaching my team. I think our players would share that sentiment. I think they would enjoy continuing to play. If you ask them right now, probably not, but as we can regroup and rest and kind of get off our legs a little bit, my guess is they’ll want to play.”
“I want them to get used to playing late into March because I think that this group could have that type of run in the future,” Lottich said.

So, the most recent "prediction" from this guy with Happening Hoops does not include Drake?

I'd be surprised to see the CIT, CBI and even the NIT be played because of Corona.
