Trade Rumor: Cubs P Matt Garza for Royals RF Jeff Francoeur...sometime between now and the July 31 trade deadline. Royals would get a proven major leaguer. They must fill the gaping hole in their rotation created by injuries and the failure of Jonathan Sanchez. Cubs would get an outfielder with the best arm in the AL...and someone who might be an ok hitter through the remainder of his contract (2013). Royals would then hustle Wil Meyers to KC.
