GSU comes in at 5-2.
5 PM tipoff
I'm guessing Drake will be favored by 12-15 points.
Georgia Southern 117 Drake 6

Couple things to watch:
(1) After Charleston, Coach mentioned handing pressure / limiting turnovers as something that the team will work on. This game offers an opportunity to do that. Georgia Southern is 75th of 364 teams in forcing turnovers. (2) Expect Drake to spend a lot of time at the free throw line. Drake is 12th in the country in free throw attempts per field goal attempt. Georgia Southern is second to last in the country in opponent free throw attempts per field goal attempt.

Not great, but probably biggest crowd of the season, even with students on break. Last 7-8 minutes of the half were fugly.

Looked a lot like a boa constrictor eating, good teams win these games too and I don't believe for a second that GA So is the 8th best team in the Sun Belt.

Sometimes you win ugly and when you’re not at your best. Still they held GS under 50 pts and over 30 pts under their average. Another great game from Daniel(the happiest guy in basketball 😎)

It is a win! Got to like that. I’m sure Ben won’t be happy about the turnovers.
Banks is getting more and more comfortable.
Rest of bench sees limited time (well Nate does get minutes and missed his first shot of the year). Alia plays more than Howard and Combs combined. Glad Ben has confidence in him, but hope the others get there soon.

7-0.
Doesn't matter how pretty it was. A win is a win. You could tell on the postgame that Coach Mac was disappointed in the offensive performance. But, like he said, you can never be mad after a win.
