July 1, 2025 MO State will become part of Conference USA. Too bad we loose them, they raise the MVC NET rating. They are the far corner of the conference geographically. Any thoughts on what the MVC will do?

The Valley wants to stay at 12 and not having any teams from Missouri in the Missouri Valley Conference has to hurt. That said, not sure there are any good candidates out there looking to move, in Missouri or otherwise. My guess is the conference will go to 11 for a while.

Murray State's move to the Valley was announced on a January 7th.  Maybe that's the timing for someone new.
