With this going in a few blocks from the Knapp Center maybe/hopefully something is in the works.

Yeah I would think Toppling would make a lot of sense. Only downside there is it won’t be open for over a year so you’d be a bit late.

They’ve collaborated with both Big Grove and Lua over in Sherman Hill before so maybe they could start or be looped in on a deal if the $ can work out.
