The Missouri Valley Conference Presidents Council has announced that in the event an MVC institution determines that it is unable to compete in an MVC contest for any reason, that team will forfeit the contest in question. 

Basically it mirrors the Big 12 policy. If you can't field a team due to COVID, you lose. No "no contests" or reschedules anymore.
