Not entirely sure how his shot goes in as much as it does based on his form but he looks like exactly the kind of guy who torments the entire conference for four years and opposing fans are glad to see the back of.

Looks an awful lot like Nate Ferguson's high school highlight reel. More outside shots than Ferguson and less ball handling and driving.

Can shoot and jump clearly. Interested to see if he works on a bit more of an inside post game or handles the ball more his senior year. Could be a good get if he can defend

I know that we don't usually post for recruits that haven't been offered, but this is a guy that we have been recruiting for awhile, with tweets linking us back to him for nearly a year. His name is Robbie Avila, from Oak Forest, Illinois, 6'8" do-it-all forward. Named AP 3A all-state. He is a really crafty player, with shades of Krutwig. He's not overly athletic and really doesn't pop off the page, but he has dominated the last two high school seasons and would be a tremendous addition for the dogs IMO. Purdue, NC State, Depaul, Cleveland State, Richmond and Toledo are just a few of the schools that have offered and are showing consistent interest. I think he fits into the D-Rock scheme well, being incredibly versatile on the offensive end. 

Just throwing out a player to watch this spring and summer on the AAU circuit for those that do so.
