Where is Anthony M? He walked off the court 3 or 4 minutes ago and I haven't seen him since.

Why is this game so close, 58-53 with 6 minutes, when Drake is out rebounding Loyola 38-14? 18 turnovers to just Loyola with 5
19 with 4:27

Makes me nervous they keep getting 8 point lead and can’t put them away. Too too many turnovers but fun game

Incredible! To win with 13 more turnovers, Roman 1-7 from the floor, seven turnovers and DJ 0-7 from three. How about that defense through 40 minutes. Liam with seven blocks and altering probably another dozen. Sturtz playing like Sturtz and hitting a three, Rebound total: Drake 42-20 Loyola is CRAZY!!
What an outstanding win!
Congrats!!
Got to win on the road! Go get 'em on the road-home game as the guys return to NW Indiana against Valpo.

Liam may be player of the year this year. Great win. Have to work on drives. Drive and dish, Too many drives end up stuck in the lane.

Great win. That missed layup that he should have dunked was almost huge. He played huge.

Had DU lost this game, Liam's missed dunk would go down in the dark history log book. But, all's well that ends well and, "What missed dunk?"
Are you talkin to me?

ALRIGHT, BEDTIME FOR SICK LIAM, HE'S EARNED SKIPPING CLASS FOR THE WEEK! WOWZA! He doesn't have the fancy moves of Krutwig or anything, he's just tall as hell and the ball just ends up in the hoop even if it ain't pretty!

Most impressive thing to me was the rim protecting - blocked shots and altered shots. Very nice. It just occurred to me that AP played zero minutes I’m all for a shorter bench. Wilkins was good again

Penn dribbles wayyyyy too much as does Noah. Both dribble into untenable situations, especially tonight. Did Penn forget it is legal for a point guard to take an outside shot. We can't afford to have them turn the ball over like they did tonight. Liam is a beast. I hope Murphy's injury is not serious. He had a really good first half. Sturtz is the MAN!
BAN THE BALL SCREEN!!! BAN THE BALL SCREEN!! BAN THE BALL SCREEN!!

Crazy to think how many more opportunities we’d have with even 5 fewer TOs. This team has to start hitting FTs and not force short hooks or floaters over taller players. Were Finding a way to win, but we won’t get that in the tourney

Fantastic win that breaks the hex Loyola has had over us in recent years. If Robbins ability was a secret before, it sure won't be any more. Fantastic effort by our players and coaches. Our defense was exceptional but it had to be with Loyola's talented 3 point shooters. One of the most satisfying wins in recent years. Sturtz made a clutch 3 pointer.

You could see Strurtz's determination, Diving for balls, fast hands, hit a three, knows how to read the ball off the rim. Great basketball sense. Good for him.

Certified attendance 3,164.
I was only able to listen to the last 6 minutes on the radio, but just saw WHO highlights and student section looked very good. I also saw for the first time I can recall since the 2008 season a TV commercial for Drake Basketball Tickets. Now if we can advertise better when we're doing the throwbacks we'll have a marketing department!
Huge win. I think we spent the first part of the season waiting for TM, then tried to work him as the key too hard and now that he's all but officially done we've figured out how to actually play as a team. Sadly we had to do that two years in a row. I'm much more optimistic now for our chances the rest of the season.
