+xTransfers are going to be blowing up here coming up. I'd guess the staff is looking for a big to compliment Robbins. A few guys that fit the bill of immediately eligible and attainable: - Barret Benson - 6'10 - Northwestern (2.2 ppg, 3 rb, 9.5 min, 40.3% fg) - Nate Sestina - 6'8 - Bucknell ('19 - 15.8 ppg, 8.5 rb, 17.7 min, 60% fg) - Derrik Smits - 7'2 - Valpo - lol - Patrick Szpir - 6-9 - Chicago State - (3 ppg, 2.7 rb, 43% fg) - Pat Andree - 6'8 - Lehigh ('19 - 13 ppg, 6 rb, 1.7 ast, 57% efg) - Aleksandar Dozic - 6'9 - Marist ('19 - 7ppg, 3.5rb, 2ast, 84% ft, 53% efg) - Brady Ernst - 6'10 - Florida Gulf Coast ('19 - 4ppg, 4rb, 1ast, 55% ft, 62%efg) - Vincent Eze - 6'8 - Maine (6.4ppg, 4.6rb, 50% 3, 44% efg) Many more to come I'm sure. Unless the staff has a connection to a high-level guy, I'd imagine nabbing someone similar to Benson, Szpir, or Ernst. Nate Sestina - 6'8 - Bucknell BLUE CHIP!

Szpir, no thanks. A guy who couldn't start for the worst team in the country isn't going to help us. Ernst seems to change schools every year.

Nate Sestina. Not sure what the reference is? Is he a prospect for us? When do the transfers/jucos generally commit? Isnt it more towards june?

I think he was just referencing how highly sought after he will be on the free agent, I mean transfer, market. The staff will try to get guys on campus for Relays if possible, but at least before school is out. Brady and Nick committed late April last year. I bet they get Jackson on a visit here ASAP to try to lock him down.

If my tracking is correct here is our current scholarship situation heading into the offseason and adding Jackson. Only one scholarship open as of now and I'm assuming that's being held for a potential Norton waiver. So right now we're out of scholarships, although it seems like everyone assumes that 1-2 will inevitably open up, but that has not happened yet.

I vote for Nate Sestina because he has long range and defense which can help team. Let’s hope they could sign him before someone else does.

They could also get harouna sissoko who is 6’7 who goes to the same school as Issa samake. if they cannot recruit if they cannot sign benson, sestina, or Ernst they could bring guy in.

I think a grad transfer would be ideal.

I still want to know who’s actually leaving 🤔 I would assume we would hear sometime this week if there are any departures.

Or, we could just trust the staff to recruit who they want to recruit. There's lots of players available out there.

Imo holding a scholie for Norton would he stupid. Hold it back if you cant fund a suitable use, sure...but Dont pass up a useful player for a 1 in 1000 chance (at best) for Norton
