btw way to not have cr8ton full blown first. I hate that they brag about their arena when it really isn't theirs.

If I'm correct, the translation is:
Like I give a flying f what some d-bag Saluki fan thinks of our facility.

| Here's what I have to say about the rankings. First of all, I just wanted to ask if you've actually BEEN to all of them. If not, then this list is shat to me.
I am very upset that the Knapp center finished behind the McLeod Center. We have two more seats (hah) and create a better atmosphere. Mainly I'm just upset because it's UNI and they're our rivals but COME ON. At least they aren't in the smelly UNIdome anymore. Nice (ish) facility but GOD does it smell (especially on the bench).
Also, you forgot to mention something about Wichita. I agree, it's a very nice facility. It was a nice bowl shape - more round - allowing for a lot of people still, but still being able to keep them those to the court. We, for example, were by far in the last row but still felt close to the action. At Qwest, you feel like you could tumble to your death. At Qwest, those seats go straight up as to more out.
But something about Charles Koch that no one ever mentions is the "obstructed view". If you sit anywhere in the last three-ish rows, you may get sat behind a column. Yup. AND you have to bend down to fully see the center. It's a shame because I really liked Charles Koch besides that. Wichita fans are the bomb. We bonded on how much we hate Creighton.
Anyway, see my photos from Koch below.

Clearly, and obstructed view. It just meant we had to sway from one side to another, but we could never see the entire court and it bothered our neighbors a bit.

Us trying to see the flag during the national anthem. To see up (like at the flag) we had to bend down or step down a few steps.
Then again, I'm speaking from a fans standpoint and not a players. Wichita created a quality atmosphere.

UNI's facilty really only has something like 6000 seats. They are pretending if they say they have more. If you have 7000 in there, a thousand of them are standing.

| I know this is a terrible reference to use, but Drake claims to have 7,002 and UNI 7,000.
Facilities and such here
Average attendance:
Drake: 5,195
Indiana State: 4,730 (which is sad, considering the Hulman center holds 10,200)
UNI: 4,427
Maybe another tool the Saluki could use? Average and percentage of attendance?
The Valley ranked 8th as a conference for attendance.
Did you know Bradley and Creighton don't have football teams? I smell a future sign.

| I've been to all facilities except the new UNI and SMS (though let the record show I was at their prior facilities so have seen D on the road throughout the MVC)
As for rankings, it depends on what you're looking for when you want to rank the top facility. I think it's safe to say certain facilities won't be at the top regardless (IND, E immediately come to mind). I would put demerits on schools that don't play on campus, but that is strictly personal preference (so B and C would get knocked a notch). Vanilla...chocolate...neither is wrong.
As far as quality of facility, SIU Arena is below average in every category except that the squad was borderline invincible in there until recently. Fan amenities are non-existent. Depending on the situation, the student body and other "talent" (read: SMS Sugar Bears, etc) can certainly factor in. I have a personal distaste for ILL (student section in particular) but the arena is really nice.
I generally agree with the rankings, though obviously I would put D first since I am biased.

| Does unis 7000k seats include the standing room areas? How can they account for the number of seats with those STUPID wooden bleachers making it look like a high school gym though it's only a few years old?
I noticed somewhere that against In st in 2008, the attendance record was set and it was more than 7002, fwiw. It was a dollar game.

| Why does this really matter? Who cares if Drake has 2 more seats than UNI?
Question: How do we play better?

| The reason it's important to have two more seats than UNI is that when the puddie tats come to the Knapp, they try to bring their pet pigs. We have to hire two pet pig security guards. Some times they try to disguise their pet pigs as cheerleaders. Our guys have caught on to that. Actually it wasn't that hard. They just looked for the skinniest UNI cheerleaders and kicked them out.
