| Anybody see Cops last night. They were in Wichita on a street called south Waco. I was sure I recognized some posters on Valley talk.

| In my youth, I spent a summer doing odd jobs at the Eagle & Beacon, including monitoring the police radio in the newsroom.
The streets getting the most 911 calls were always immediately west of WSU. Not many college types there.
Waco, on the other hand, runs along the river. Were the perps white guys getting hammered at a festival? If so, the odds are good you were watching someone who's been to a Shocker game.
