| If you're looking for effort, I hear it is hard to find anyone who works harder than Bill Eaddy. As for the rumors about the new assistant, I think it sounds like a great fit -- a strong recruiter with Midwest connections. Should complement MP's recruiting prowess. |

JO is still there, but nobody but Phelps is listed for next year. I'm hearing there is going to be an announcement real soon. |
