Some ideas for the license plate

Ih8CU
BDST8(for bulldog state)
SPIKE
DUBLU
ISWHO(actual UI License plate somewhere in Ankeny, I would hope Drake fans have more class then that)

I've always kinda liked the UNI fight song.

Does anybody know the words of the Drake fight song? I looked them up once.....it was almost painful.

Drake has gone PC of course.
We can't sing "here's to the MAN who wears the D", any more. Has to be "here's to the ONE who wears the D".

Safe for the line that says "true Drake SON".

Painful to sing, not a real jump out of your seat, type tune either.

I talked to the DOT about ordering plates today. I wanted a plate with BELIEVE, but every derivation of that word has been taken. Apparently it's very popular with the Christians.

That's the dumbest question I've ever heard. I expect more from you DU. The Drake fight song goes like this.

D DD dd d
d d deee
dee d d dee dee deeee d deee
then repeat.

1-20-13--The end of an error.

It's about time!

The Register has a vanity plate database search located here.

Oh, by the way, the new design makes it so you can order up to 7 letters and numbers.

You never know!

(Looks to me like we are NOT limited to 5 characters as the graphic suggests. The "rules" and the application indicate that we have 7 characters available.)

Just DU it !

I got my letter today saying my DU plates are in. Now I just need to figure out when I can go down and switch my plates.

I picked up my Drake plates today. They're very nice, but I had to defile my beautiful new blue and white plates with a gold registration sticker. Hopefully they get blue registration stickers next year.

Has anybody seen one of these plates yet? I still haven't, although I saw both a St Ambrose plate and a Central College plate yesterday on I-80.

You apparently haven't seen my car yet Urbyballilnjt may have seen my plates at the True Blue Debut. I hoped to see a few others at the event, but no luck there. Hopefully people just don't know about them yet, and we'll see more Drake plates at games this winter. I have seen a Drake plate around Drake ("VB 12," I'm guessing it's a volleyball players).
