Drake University license plates will be made available to all Iowans once the first 500 orders at $50 each are collected. Please click here to download and print the application, fill it out, and send your check or money order (payable to DRAKE UNIVERSITY) for $50 per set of plates by June 15, 2008 to:

| Everyone I know with personalized plates gets 6 digits to work with. Why does this only give 5? Limits it by a ton.

| I am guessing that the bulldog logo on the left counts as one. Most personalized plates for schools don't have the logo.

| Being the marketing genius I am...I have been sitting here coming up with 5 letter plate combos ever since I read Grandpa's original post. I can't decide if I should share them or sell them. I need to make sure that I get mine first...and then I'll worry about you guys. (I learned that from Keno).
