Class of 2011 Thornton star Jay Parker is continuing to put up big numbers since being brought up to the varsity from Thornton's sophomore squad. Parker, a 5-10 point guard, scored another 25 points in the Wildcat's loss to Chicago Crane.
Jay Parker is the younger brother of Josh Parker....he is currently a freshman at Thornton.

| Did a quick search of the Chicago Tribune's archives. Looks like he's been over 20 points in 3 games recently....definitely a great start for any freshman on the varsity team.....and the competition that Thornton plays is top notch for the most part.
