Look at what the team did with a make shift coaching staff last year.<br><br>There are problems the coaches are creating on the O. Cashmore has a good 1st half and than doesn't touch the ball in the second. Oliver looks good in a game then they don't use him hardly at all.<br><br>In the San Diego post XUClassic explains the problems with the D. Which I agree with, having seen 4 games myself.<br><br>Lastly to say these coaches will recruit better. I am a Drake Alum 76'. My son has played the last three yaers for Coach Creighton at Wabash so I am well acquainted with him. I did watch the Play by play on the computer.
